This is a quick pop in to share a special announcement. *Drumroll*
If you follow me on Twitter, Instagram or my Facebook page you probably already know this, but if not, my very first mental health, wellness and lifestyle newsletter drops this afternoon and it’s fricken loaded with gems!
After blogging for 10 years (I know, long time) I want to engage readers in a different way that’s still awesome. In case you missed it, this year I’m taking blogging much more seriously and going full speed ahead with it, so the newsletter is basically an extension of that move, it also comprises other aspects of what I do (for work) and brings it all together. It will go out every two weeks, and, inside it, you can expect to find resources for mental health, general health and wellness, make-up/beauty and skincare tips and advice, plus more fun lifestyle stuff (similar to what I post here) that I’ve curated for your ‘edutainment’.
My hope is that you’ll not only love it, but also find it useful, whether you struggle with mental illnesses or not, I guarantee there’s something in it that you’ll find interesting. Plus the best news, ladies and gents, is that it’s not just ‘woman friendly’ content either. (Come through, male readers!)
I also want to take this opportunity to say a giant thank you to everyone who reads, shares, interacts with and learns from my posts… it’s so SO appreciated!
